Our Process

What’s the difference between Cold Press and standard Juicing?

The main difference between Cold Press Juices and Centrifugal, is that with Cold Press Juices they don’t get heated up during the extraction stage, therefore keeping all the vital Nutrients, Minerals and Vitamins, which results in the highest quality juice. At Full of Life we use only Cold Pressed Juicers.

No Preservatives or Additives

With no preservatives or other additives whatsoever, our bottled juice will maintain its freshness and nutritional powerhouse status for 72 hours (just remember to keep juices refrigerated at all times). Shake your juice well before consuming.

Seasonal Variations

Because nature provides different fruits and vegetables for different seasons, we capture that theory and utilize the benefits to strengthen your immune system. Eg Oranges are traditionally a winter fruit providing you with vitamin C.

By doing this we sometimes have to vary our juices to what is in season.

Why Organic?

At Full of Life, we aim to source 100% Certified Organic or Organic Fruit and Vegetables. In some cases where Organic produce is unavailable or out of season-Chemical & Pesticide free farm produce may be sourced. We believe it’s no use in Cleansing or Detoxing with Fruit and Vegetables if they have potential chemical residue, which is part of the reason why our bodies need detoxing.

Organic food contributes to better health through reduced pesticide exposure for all and increased nutritional quality.

Organic farmers and food producers grow and produce food without using synthetic chemicals such as pesticides and artificial fertilisers. They do not use modified(GM) components or expose food to irradiation.

To remain true to our Organic beliefs, sometimes we may have to change the ingredient mix of some juices slightly if no Organic Fruits or Veges are available. Eg Organic Lemons may have to be substituted with Organic Limes.

Allergies

Our Full of Life kitchen handles nuts and nut mylks. Although we are extremely careful when we handle produce, the equipment that is used for juicing can cause cross contamination with nuts.
